SHIPPING + HANDLING
Delivery options will vary depending upon your shipping location. View what's currently available at checkout. All Laina Chere jewels are handmade to order, size and color may vary slightly with the pictured item. Depending on availability of your item, it may take up to 10 business days (or more if item is a ‘pre-order’) to ship. Contact us if you have special shipping needs, timing or would like additional insurance.
returns + exchanges
RETURNS
We will accept returns of most purchases for 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase. We will not accept returns after 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unaltered and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Please return item with receipt, tracking and insurance as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email us within 24 hours of receipt with details and a photo to: lainachere@gmail.com In this instance we will pay the return-shipping costs and email you a return shipping label.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We will not refund or exchange custom jewelry orders.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check first with your bank, credit card or other method of payment account again then contact the respective financial institution, as refund processing times vary.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We will not accept returns of sale items.
